1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website and the services offered by Little Green Pharma Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By submitting a health questionnaire, making a payment, or otherwise using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Our Service
We provide an online pathway connecting patients across Australia with independent, AHPRA-registered doctors for the assessment of medicinal cannabis treatment. We do not provide medical advice ourselves. All clinical decisions, including whether to issue a prescription, are made solely by the reviewing doctor based on your individual circumstances. Where a prescription is issued, your medication is dispensed by our licensed pharmacy and shipped to you in accordance with Section 4 of these Terms and our Shipping Policy.
3. Questionnaire Review Fee
A one-time fee of $300 applies to each health questionnaire submission. This fee covers the cost of an independent doctor reviewing your information and is charged at the time of submission, regardless of the outcome of that review.
This fee exists to ensure that questionnaires submitted to our doctors represent genuine requests for clinical assessment, allowing our doctors to dedicate their time to patients seeking real treatment.
If, following review, the doctor determines that you are not eligible for medicinal cannabis treatment, your fee will be fully refunded. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Payment of this fee does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. Eligibility is determined solely by the reviewing doctor’s independent clinical judgement.
4. Dispensing and Shipping
Where a doctor issues a prescription, your medication is dispensed by our licensed pharmacy and shipped via courier to the home address you provide. Delivery options and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. The questionnaire review fee covers the doctor’s clinical assessment only and does not include dispensing or shipping costs, which are charged separately at checkout once a prescription is issued.
5. Eligibility and Accuracy of Information
You must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident to use this service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your health questionnaire. Providing false or misleading information may affect your eligibility for treatment and may have legal consequences.
6. No Guarantee of Treatment
Medicinal cannabis is a Schedule 4 or Schedule 8 prescription medicine in Australia. Submitting a questionnaire and paying the associated fee does not guarantee that treatment will be recommended or that a prescription will be issued. All outcomes are determined independently by the reviewing doctor.
7. Doctor Independence
Doctors reviewing questionnaires through our platform act independently and in accordance with their professional and ethical obligations as registered medical practitioners. We do not influence, direct, or guarantee any doctor’s clinical decision.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including any delay, denial, or outcome of a clinical assessment, or delay caused by our courier partners. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
9. Privacy
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
