Refund Policy for Our Medicinal Cannabis Clinic in Australia

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may receive a refund of your questionnaire review fee through our medicinal cannabis clinic in Australia.

1. About This Policy

This Refund Policy covers two separate charges: the one-time questionnaire review fee, and the dispensing and shipping costs charged once a prescription is issued. Each is handled differently, as set out below.

2. When You Are Eligible for a Refund

If, following review of your health questionnaire, the independent reviewing doctor determines that you are not eligible for medicinal cannabis treatment, you will receive a full refund of your questionnaire review fee.

3. When a Refund Does Not Apply

If the reviewing doctor determines that you are eligible for treatment and issues an e-prescription, the questionnaire review fee is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of the doctor’s independent clinical assessment, which has been completed regardless of your decision to proceed with or fill the prescription.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within [FILL IN: refund timeframe, e.g. 5–10 business days] of the doctor’s assessment being finalised. You do not need to take any action to request this refund — it is issued automatically once an ineligibility outcome is confirmed.

5. Dispensing and Shipping Charges

If your prescription is issued and your order is dispensed and shipped, the dispensing and shipping fee (charged separately from the questionnaire review fee, as outlined in our Shipping Policy) is non-refundable once your order has been dispensed by our licensed pharmacy, except in the following circumstances:

  • Your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect
  • Your order is lost in transit and confirmed as undelivered by our courier partner
  • Your order is cancelled before it has been dispensed

If any of the above applies, please contact us at sales@littlegreenpharma.shop within 14 days of delivery so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.

Due to the nature of dispensed prescription medication, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been dispensed.

6. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have been charged in error, charged more than once for the same questionnaire submission or order, or experienced a technical issue during payment, please contact us immediately at sales@littlegreenpharma.shop so we can investigate and correct this promptly.
