1. Who Dispenses and Ships Your Medication
Once an independent doctor issues your prescription, your medication is dispensed by our licensed pharmacy and shipped directly to the home address you provide. Dispensing and shipping costs are separate from the questionnaire review fee and are charged once your prescription is issued.
2. Delivery Options and Costs
- Regular Delivery — $30 flat rate, delivered in 3–5 business days
- Express Delivery — $50 flat rate, delivered in 1–2 business days
All orders are shipped via courier with tracking, so you can follow your delivery from dispensing through to arrival.
3. Where We Deliver
We deliver to residential addresses across Australia. We are currently unable to deliver to international addresses.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispensed and handed to our courier partner, you will receive tracking details by email so you can monitor your delivery’s progress.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispensed by our pharmacy, not from the date your prescription is issued. Please allow 1–2 business days for dispensing before your selected delivery timeframe begins.
6. Delays and Issues
While we aim to meet the delivery timeframes above, delays can occasionally occur due to courier network conditions or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time beyond the stated timeframe, please contact us at sales@littlegreenpharma.shop and we will investigate with our courier partner.
7. Discreet Packaging
All orders are packaged discreetly, with no indication of contents visible from the outside, to protect your privacy.
8. Damaged, Faulty, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, or is confirmed lost in transit, please refer to our Refund Policy for how to arrange a replacement or refund.
